Bio

I Took the game of golf at an early age in Mexicali Mexico. My dad was an employee at the Mexicali Country Club, and he got us access to the facilities. My brother and I learned the game and became good junior players. At the age of 16 I moved away to my place of birth – Indio, California to complete High School and play golf on the Varsity Team.

After High School, I attended College of the Desert and earned an Associate of Arts Degree in Golf Management in 1995. This degree got me a job in the golf industry and that led to a career in golf.

After a 20-year career as a Class A PGA Professional, I found myself in the need to pursue my passion of helping extraordinary people do extraordinary things. I found that the role I was playing at the course was more administrative with a focus on daily operations, this kept me away from my passion.

This is why the last three years I went away from golf to the world of business. COVID-19 however, changed my life when I found myself unemployed and with the uncertainty of the times. So, I have invested in myself, more education and joined Will and the RGX Team. Will’s mentorship has refreshed my perspective, now I am pursuing of owning my own Golf Coaching Studio to pursue my passion of helping extraordinary people do extraordinary things.

What makes my business model standout is On-Course Coaching using The Scoring Method I aspire to help students reach their goals and objectives, by creating a partnership and guaranteeing results.

I am totally convinced that I am on the right path, after a Customer Service minded career I am making the switch to the Customer Satisfaction mindset. Satisfaction obtained, by helping golfers achieve their goals.
